The Ohio Chapter of the International Association of Workforce Professionals (IAWP) and the Ohio Workforce Association invite you to join us for the 3rd Annual Workforce Development Conference. This event is designed to bring workforce development professionals together for two days of learning, networking, and collaboration around the future of our field.

This year’s program highlights statewide best practices for serving both jobseekers and businesses, innovative approaches to outreach through OhioMeansJobs Centers, updates on Unemployment Insurance, and practical strategies for workforce professionals to stay resilient—including a focus on self-care. Whether you’re working directly with clients, managing programs, or shaping policy, this conference offers insights you can apply immediately.
