Designing “Just in Time” programs and support services to prepare workers to meet today’s workplace expectations

RMEC (Rocky Mountain Education Center)
RMEC has partnered with industry to develop custom programming to meet employers’ changing workforce needs. Examples include the 30 hour program designed for front line oil and gas workers in understanding their role and responsibilities in negotiating the working environment in exploration and production, and an 80 hour program for entry level HVAC technicians that includes industry certification in Refrigerant Recovery, Ready to Work Academy(link is external).
