Workforce Professionals Celebrate Summertime in Cincinnati…With Ice Cream and Baseball

Final Days to Register Today for the 2018 Workforce Development Conference

Are you ready to add some fun to your summer?  Join us for the 2018 Workforce Development Conference, June 17-20, 2018 in Cincinnati, Ohio as we convene in the Queen City to explore emerging workforce trends and share ideas within the national workforce community.

What Works Media Project will premiere, Solutions to America’s Workforce Crisis, a documentary outlining evidence-based programs that have shown success preparing workers for the rapidly changing job market. Josh Davies from the Center for Work Ethic Development will use employer-based research to define the seven behaviors of work ethic and how to teach them to your staff for lasting behavior change.  And Tim Duffy from Geographic Solutions will introduce new tools to improve customer service, integrate partner services and respond to the needs of your workforce community more efficiently.

When the sun goes down, the fun begins. Try your hand at corn hole, a local favorite, in our bag tossing competition. Choose a night of baseball, a role of the dice or a networking dinner with new friends during our Experience Cincinnati* networking night. You can also expand your global perspective at our international reception where our international delegates will introduce you to some of the customs of their home countries.

The Workforce Development Conference is quite affordable, with special discounts for members of the International Association of Workforce Professionals. For additional information and to register, please click here.

*Pre-registration is required for Experience Cincinnati events.  Pre-registration ends at midnight, Friday, June 8, 2018.
