In celebration of the establishment of IAWP 105 years ago on June 11, 1913, Membership Chair Stephanie Stevens is kicking off IAWP Membership Day. Stephanie asks chapter leaders to do something to celebrate locally with chapter members and other guests.
For example, have an ice cream social, sponsor a speaker, have a meet and greet for all employees to spread the word about the work we do and what we are about, or simply have a cake. Here’s an example from the Washington Chapter.
Just step up and celebrate this day as a member of the International Association of Workforce Professionals. Use this opportunity to draw in new potential members and share with them the benefits of being a member.
