The 2020 Workforce Development Conference will feature a thought leader in career development, Dr. Rich Feller. A licensed professional counselor, certified coach, and a distinguished teaching scholar at Colorado State University, Dr. Feller will present his renowned program Who You Are Matters!
Who You Are Matters! uses a narrative approach to help leaders and employees get greater clarity about their strengths, preferences, assets, goals and internal career paths. Employees, working together as a team, are empowered to think, feel and say who they are and what’s important to them.
Dr. Feller’s pre-conference program will be offered Saturday, June 27, 2020 from 1:00 to 4:30 PM. Discounted registration for IAWP members is $49 while non-members may participate for $69.
