Each year IAWP awards the One-Stop award as recognition of outstanding workforce development services in a one-stop setting.

The second place 2007 One-Stop Award is given to the Cumberland County JobLink Center, North Carolina.

The 2007 One-Stop Award winner in 2007 formed a mutual partnership of the Employment Security Department, Career Path Services, Educational Service District and Goodwill Industries. This consortium maximized the strength, commitment and abilities of these long-time employment and training partners; reduced duplications of efforts; and has been proven to better serve the customers of the community.

The 2007 One-Stop Award is awarded to the excellent professional at WorkSource Spokane, Washington Chapter.
